Product information "MONO SUPPORT knee joint"

The MONO SUPPORT knee joint consists of the two items MONO knee joint and MONO SUPPORT mounting kit of a gas spring.

The MONO is a free moving uniaxial knee joint with the axis of rotation shifted backwards. The axis of rotation has been shifted back in order to increase stability and to avoid any possible jamming of the soft parts during very intense bending.
The MONO SUPPORT attachment kit with gas spring is a functional addition for the MONO knee joint. The gas spring supports the extension of the knee joint. The gas spring is attached via a plug connection, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly.

Contraindication:

  • severe skeletal and joint deformity
  • lexion contractures above 20°
