Guarantee & warranty

Our joints / carbon spring products are covered by a six-month warranty. This warranty expires if the product is not fitted or used in line with the corresponding instructions.

After expiry of the six-month warranty period, coverage is limited to statutory warranty rights. This coverage no longer applies if the joint / caron spring product is improperly serviced, repaired or modified, or is exposed to ambient conditions that do not correspond to the requirements, usage, weight and size classification.

Our joints / carbon spring products are designed for normal walking. The rights under this warranty and the statutory warranty rights shall be waived without remedy in the event of improper use, use for any purpose other than the intended purpose, or excess material stress resulting from high-impact activities such as jumping from trees / climbing equipment or ongoing high-impact activities such as running and jumping. Our joints / carbon spring products are designed to be fitted once only. The rights under this warranty and the statutory warranty rights shall be waived without remedy if the products are reused.
