Product information "RGO hip joint incl. pelvic rocker"

The RGO is a 1-axis hip joint that allows an isocentric movement of the hip joint. During the step, the legs move parallel to each other in the direction of travel.
The geometry of the RGO hip joint helps ensure that the load line falls behind the mechanical pivot point, which makes it easier to start the step and supports the lock engaging securely when the hip is fully extended.

The RGO joint can be decoupled using the preselect function when sitting down. The step is reciprocally carried out via the dorsally attached pelvic rocker, which is connected to the two hip joints via the connector set.   • For HKAFO
  • Lesions between L2 and TH5
  • For patients who cannot be fitted with a TWISTER hip joint due to severe skeletal and joint deformities

  • RGO medium: up to a body weight of 40 kg
  • RGO large: up to a body weight of 70 kg

    If the order is not placed via the online shop, the pelvic rocker is not included in the scope of delivery and must be specified separately on the order.

Please note that the following special tools are required to install the RGO hip joints. The tool can be used multiple times.

 

Additional note:
The hip joints and the pelvic rocker are delivered unprocessed and not welded. As a service manufacturing service, we are happy to assemble and weld the pelvic rocker  (Art.-no.: 80.51.060.001). This is done according to measurements or an outline drawing. You can find more information about this here.
